Internet, heat and water are all included in the monthly rent. Additionally, 93 Norman offers a variety of amenities, including:

A rooftop terrace with outdoor seating and BBQs
A gym
A superior fob system for access control and security

We have also partnered with Rogers and 1Valet to provide a virtual concierge service.

What is the cost of renting a parking space and/or storage locker?

Parking: $230
Storage locker: $75

What do I need to provide to reserve a unit?

To reserve a unit, you will need to provide:

A completed application, including personal and financial references
Proof of income
Photo ID
Last month’s rent deposit

How can I pay my rent? Will you provide receipts?

Rent can be paid through the Rent Café tenant portal. Receipts will be provided.

Are BBQs allowed on the balconies? Will there be common area BBQs?

BBQs are not allowed on the balconies. However, residents will have access to two rooftop patios equipped with gas BBQs.

What are the common spaces available for tenants?

Common spaces include:

Are utilities included in the rent?

Water and gas are included. Units are sub-metered, and tenants are responsible for their hydro consumption.
